The Front Desk staff were fantastic - Special thanks to Paula and Giselle! The rooms were amazing and it was so nice to have our own deck to enjoy the views and lovely breezes. Breakfast was the best of any of our hotels on this trip, and it was nice to have a pool and rooftop lounge area. The location was excellent...

A loft styled hotel room is a very unique experience in and of itself. The design of the building was very beautiful. Very modern, very chic. I imagine in pesos that this room would be very expensive to rent for someone from Argentina, but at $150 a night it was the equivalent of a $600 a night hotel in New York City.
Less than a block away there is a very active train line. I work for the railroad at home and wasn't looking to spend my vacation listening to more trains. The building would benefit from some type noise reduction system.

The front desk staff were so helpful with our every need. The cleaning staff were also friendly and amazing at their job.
The kitchen said it was fully equipt but did not have basics like chopping board and utensils.

Big room, with a nice view and very good breakfast. The location is very good.
The staff of front desk was not prepared. They left a trainee at the front desk and he didn't know how to do the check out.

Absolutely loved the loft... Very modern. Location was great, just a quick walk to palermo soho and a great area of palermo hollywood. Breakfast was awesome with fresh pastries and fruit everyday. Great variety.

Fantastic location, many lovely restaurants and lots of bars/clubs just in walking distance, the shopping area palermo soho and all nice parks are very close too, nice and very modern loft, very comfortable bed, a cold design though, nice big balcon with a great view (14. floor), good gym, fantastic pool on the top with lots of sunchairs etc. good breakfast buffet with eggs, ham, chees etc. little supermarket just next door, subt about 5 blocks away
Streetwork ongoing in front of the house at the moment! (Maybe thats way we payed about 320 instead 640 dollars for 3 nights), very windy=noisy place during the night, (not so well constructed as it looks at first)

The breakfast was good. The girl at the reception was helpful in booking us on a Tango show.
The room was not clean and the apartment we had (14a) was much too noisy. Be sure to ask for a room 'interior', away from the street and railway station (trains from 0500 every 15 minutes or so)

location
'cold' welcome. This is a business hotel and no hotel for families/tourism. All personnel are wearing black suits and we did not feel welcome as a tourist. For business people it's ok I guess. Staff was not very helpfull to us and we sorted all thing out by ourselves. For pleasure, no - for business, ok

Good Service, friendly staff in reception, great swimming pool and terrace on 21st floor. I would definitely recommend it as is one of the best roof pools in Buenos Aires. Great for chilling out after visiting the town.
The Gym could be updated and the pool area could be better looked after given they have a full time guy working up there.

Spacious room, underground parking facility, swimming pool with sun terrace, centrally located in Palermo Hollywood
Lack of 'hotel' facilities (bar, lounge corners), cold interior of the room (lots of concrete, lack of design), quit noisy due to nearby railway
